I made this tag from a vintage postcard (dated on the back 1898!). The purple ink inspired the color scheme so I used purple papers from my stash and vintage postage stamps.

Tag 83 features a cat from a vintage match box label. I printed the background with eraser stamps and then layered on some handmade and marbled papers.

This week I have series of tags. I used hand carved rubber stamps and layers of colored tissue paper to add pattern and color to the tags, then layered on hand made papers.

Three quarters

I'm up to number 75- three quarters of the way through my 100 tags. This collage is on a jumbo "postcard" tag and uses a vintage seed pack, handmade papers and 2 Ukrainian postage stamps.

Missed a week due to a 2-day show and no time for photography. But here are 2 new collages. They both use a purple letterpress printed floral pattern, and postage stamps. The first one, Tag 72 uses a British Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde stamp and Tag 73 uses a stamp from Japan.

This week I used 4 vintage Russian matchbox labels. I combined them with a black and white paper from India, vintage wallpaper, and hand made Japanese washi paper.
